Urban Living Utopias Project, Bremen/Germany 2007

How can we live together in community differently?

An empty multistory building at the edge of Bremen became an experimental zone to address this question. Temporary inhabitants traveled from as far as Pakistan and New Zealand to explore individual living utopias. The ideas were broadly artistic and/or within the field of self-sufficient, sustainable living. Each participant was offered enough space to bring alive their idea or to collaborate with others on newly emerging utopias.
